As Executive Director, Michelle draws upon her extensive experience in institutional affairs, event and project co-ordination, personnel and facilities management, program development, and agent for change management.

With a proven record of success in dealing effectively with a diverse population base, Michelle's task at hand is to build on the past success of the organization and assist in the development of solid recommendations on a wide range of policy and program issues that will lead to a stronger association with external partners and a more positive experience for everyone.

Michelle is best described as having particular strengths in planning, marketing, public relations, and crisis management. All of these assets will be called upon as she leads the implementation of the MANS' Board of Director's three year business plan.

Lindsey Moore is the Office Administrator for MANS. She provides administrative and event support to the Executive Director and the membership as required. Her main duties include but are not limited to liaison with relevant government departments and agencies, all facets of office administration, bookkeeping and assisting in the organization of the AGM and other events.

Prior to her employment with MANS, Lindsey worked for five years with Saint's Alive Theatre Society, as Associate Producer and Sponsorship Coordinator. This Society worked with the youth in order to bring theatre and culture to the surrounding community.

Lindsey has over ten years experience in administration, and working with governing boards and volunteer organizations. Her experience in clerical positions with various organizations and event planning and customer service will serve MANS well.
